AR Caller (US Healthcare) – Trainee

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our Accounts Receivable (AR) team. The role involves analyzing outstanding receivables from healthcare insurance companies and initiating follow-up actions to ensure timely reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze outstanding insurance claims and initiate collection efforts.
• Follow up on denied claims and appeals wherever required.
• Document claim analysis and follow-up activities in the client's software.
• Coordinate with insurance representatives regarding claim status.
• Focus on improving collections and reimbursement rates.
• Perform both voice and non-voice follow-up activities.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily productivity targets.
• Ability to work with speed and accuracy.
• Medical Billing AR or Claims Adjudication experience will be an added advantage.

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Minimum HSC.
• 0–1 year experience in the US Calling Process will be an added advantage.
