Designation - Sales Manager/ Sr. Sales Manager

Location - Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Ferozepur, Chandigarh and Amritsar


Qualification - 12th/Graduation

Experience - Min. 6 month in sales or above



Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for recruitment and management of advisors - Identify, recruit and manage advisors.
  • Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products.
  • Monitor and review agents performance. Help them achieve m business through customers.
  • Meeting existing customers on a regular basis for achieving service standards.
  • Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
  • Seek new customers and increase sales.
