Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities Includes:

* Supporting to maintain the warehouse in line with the company’s standards

* Complying with the company’s policies and standard operating procedures

* Supporting to all warehouse operations, such as Picking, Packing, Sorting, Counting, Storing, Weighing, Measuring, Moving, Lifting, Workplace management (5S) and Local Deliveries.

* Receiving and ensuring all purchased products are of acceptable quality and conditions.

* Using the warehouse work space to achieve peak efficiency and productivity in all manner

* Safeguarding warehouse operations by complying with extensive security procedures and protocols.

* Participating in the inventory/warehouse management system enhances accuracy and efficiency of warehousing operations.

* Adhering to all warehousing, shipping legislation laws and requirements without fail

* Ensure all picking of stocks is as per FIFO (First In, First Out).

* Maintaining benchmarked standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.

* Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers and transporter as required.

* Maintain the reports and registers regularly by daily basis (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc).

* Consistently update the stock inventory data stored in Consolidated’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accuracy.

* Supporting with all other team members of Hub in operations for good team work

* Willing to work in organised and structured work process, in thought and action.

* Must be cost conscious, detail-oriented, flexible in working environment’s requirements.
