Sales Executive

1) Stock Checking of gold and diamond jewelries.

2) Display all Jewellery items in the counter in correct order as perthe approved format. Make sure all trays are filled without anyempty slot.

3) Check the quality and quantity of the products (stock calculation).

4) Attend customers independently and resolve their queries anddoubts.

5) Take care of the customers with sitting arrangement andrefreshment.

6) Resolve customers reservation/modification/cancellation/ exchange/home delivery, etc.

7) Product price evaluation, mention correct value of thejewelrytothe customers, enter in the counting slip and then hand it over tothecash counter personally.

8) Knowledge of Hallmarking, reduction percentage on oldgoldpurchase-why and how policy

9) Knowledge of GIA certification and Rappaport 10) Knowledge of diamond grades and 4Cs 11) Take customer orders, coordinate with the ProductionTeam, and follow up with customers regarding their orders. 12) Manage stock handling and maintain accurate stock reports. 13) Manage stock merchandising, including proper display, organization, and inventory tracking to ensure product availabilityand visual appeal.
