Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with 4–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and running successful paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should also have hands-on skills in creative editing (photos & product videos) and be capable of developing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand growth and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), and other performance platforms.
Monitor campaign KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate) and optimize for maximum ROI.
Influencer Marketing:
Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers/creators to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, from outreach and negotiation to performance tracking.
Strategy & Growth:
Develop and implement 360° digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities.
Create monthly/quarterly marketing calendars, reports, and growth plans.
Creative Development:
Edit photos, design creatives, and produce engaging short-form videos/reels/product videos for campaigns.
Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, measure, and report campaign performance against goals.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
4–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with strong focus on performance campaigns (Meta & Google Ads).
Proven track record in influencer marketing and driving brand growth through collaborations.
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, retargeting, and customer journey mapping.
Proficiency in photo editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with SEO, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
Ability to manage budgets and allocate spends effectively.
