Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations related to loan processing, documentation, and coordination
  • Conduct field visits to meet prospective and existing customers, dealers, and channel partners
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
  • Generate new business leads and convert them in the Vehicle & EV Finance segment
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as defined by management
  • Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations) to ensure smooth loan disbursement
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
