Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Guide and coordinate cross-functional team members, fostering a collaborative and high-energy environment.
• Resource Allocation: Prioritize tasks efficiently to keep projects on track, especially when working under tight deadlines or pivoting strategies.
• Autonomous Operations: Take full ownership of deliverables without requiring micromanagement; proactively identify bottlenecks and solve problems.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 6 to 12 months of proven project management or team coordination experience (startups or fast-paced environments preferred).
• Autonomy: A self-starter who excels at working independently and managing their own time.
• Resilience: Ability to maintain composure and performance under pressure.
