Accountant

Vrutha360 is a leading signage and branding solutions company specializing in design, manufacturing, and installation of premium signage for real estate, corporate, retail, and commercial projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Vypar .

* Prepare and record sales invoices, purchase entries, receipts, and payment vouchers.

* Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

* Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank books.

* Process vendor payments and customer collections.

* Reconcile customer and supplier ledgers.

* Maintain project-wise accounting records and expense tracking.

* Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.

* Coordinate with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities when required.

* Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

* Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

* Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.

* Good knowledge of Accountant .

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel .

* Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

* Good communication skills in English and Kannada.

* Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
