🚨 Urgent Hiring – TITAN Customer Support Executive (Semi-Voice)
Location: Bengaluru
Eligibility:
- Qualification: PUC & Above
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of inbound customer support experience (Freshers not eligible)
- Fluent in English & Hindi (Versant Level 4)
- Excellent communication skills with no MTI
Salary:
- ₹23,000 – ₹28,000 CTC
Shift: Rotational Shift
Week Off: 1 Rotational Off
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls and provide timely resolutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on customer requests.
