Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Visit insurance agents regularly within the assigned area.
- Collect premium cheques, proposal forms, KYC documents, and other required paperwork from agents.
- Follow up with agents for pending cases and documentation.
- Assist agents with policy issuance, renewals, and service requests.
- Resolve operational issues faced by agents.
- Update visit reports and maintain records of agent interactions.
- Coordinate with branch operations and underwriting teams.
- Educate agents about new products, processes, and company updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relationship management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and processes.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Organizational and documentation skills.
