About the Role
JAGGI EXPORT INDIA is looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales & Purchase Executive who can independently manage the complete sales cycle—from handling incoming leads to supplier coordination and dispatch.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be confident in closing sales, and have the ability to coordinate efficiently with both customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries received through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Website, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Prepare and send professional quotations to customers.
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers to successfully close deals.
- Coordinate with suppliers for sourcing products and obtaining the best possible pricing.
- Negotiate with suppliers while maintaining quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
- Manage purchase coordination from order placement until material procurement.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer interactions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, purchase, and dispatch without delays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before and after sales.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Purchase, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proven ability to convert leads into paying customers.
- Experience in preparing quotations and handling customer follow-ups.
- Good supplier management and purchase negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with prior experience in handling Google Ads leads, Facebook Ads leads, website enquiries, CRM systems, or digital marketing-generated enquiries will be given preference.
Experience in B2B sales, exports, restaurant equipment, hotelware, kitchenware, stainless steel products, or hospitality-related industries will be an added advantage.
