Job Description
Experience
Minimum 3 years.
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily paint shop operations.
Ensure production schedules are achieved as per plan.
Allocate manpower according to workload.
Monitor shift-wise production targets.
Ensure maximum utilization of paint booths and equipment.
Coordinate with fabrication, assembly, and dispatch departments.
Minimize production delays and bottlenecks.
Ensure smooth workflow throughout the paint process.
Maintain the Workshop clean and tidy and improve the 5S.
Desired Skills
Extensive knowledge of Wet painting process and the machinery associated
Ability to read and understand the Paint Specifications.
Good learning attitude and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
Team player with good communication and discipline.
Strong commitment to quality and safety.
Knowledge of SAP id desirable but not mandatory.
