Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales for our Perfume OEM & Private Label Manufacturing business. The ideal candidate should be confident in generating leads, building client relationships, understanding business requirements, and converting inquiries into orders.


Responsibilities

Generate new B2B business through inbound and outbound sales.

Contact prospects via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable perfume OEM/private-label solutions.

Present product offerings, packaging options, and manufacturing capabilities.

Schedule meetings with qualified prospects and maintain regular follow-ups.

Share quotations, catalogues, and product samples with clients.

Negotiate with customers and close sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.


Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telesales.

Experience in Perfume, Fragrance, Cosmetics, FMCG, Personal Care, OEM, Private Label, or Contract Manufacturing is preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, Email, and WhatsApp Business.

Target-oriented with strong client-handling skills.

Candidates residing near Bawana, Delhi, or willing to commute are preferred.
