Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with collection executives regarding payment status.

Maintain accurate records of overdue accounts.

Generate reports using MS Excel.

Handle documentation and data entry.

Support the collection team with backend operations.

Ensure data accuracy and timely report submission.


  • Required Skills:
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, SUMIF, COUNTIF).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
