Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders from customers
  • Coordinating with the production team
  • Following up on order completion status
  • Managing dispatch and delivery schedules
  • Preparing quotations
  • Checking invoices and Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Maintaining sales data in Excel
  • Updating clients through phone, email, or WhatsApp
  • Communication between the sales team and factory
  • Following up on pending payments or repeat orders
