Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive – (Tata CFAB Inbound Process)

Salary :-

  • ₹16,000 In-hand (General Candidates)
  • ₹18,000 In-hand (Linguistic Candidates)

Shift Details:- Shift Window: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift)


Key Responsibilities :-

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Follow company policies and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria :-

  • Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply).
  • Good English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week-offs.
