Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, explaining credit card and loan offers, and generating interested leads.
Responsibilities:
✅ Make outbound calls to potential customers.
✅ Explain credit card and loan products.
✅ Generate and follow up on leads.
✅ Maintain customer records and update CRM.
✅ Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.
✅ Handle customer queries professionally.
✔ Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
✔ Basic computer knowledge.
✔ Positive attitude and convincing skills.
