Job Overview:

We are hiring International BPO Executive ,International calling , Domestic bpo for our The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and prior experience in BPO or tele calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential leads for residential/commercial real estate projects
• Pitch project details, handle objections, and generate interest
• Qualify leads and schedule site visits or callbacks for the sales team
• Maintain lead data accurately in CRM
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
• Follow call scripts and adhere to process quality standards

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO / tele calling / tele sales (any industry)
• Excellent spoken English and Hindi; Versant score 5 or above is mandatory
• Strong persuasion and customer engagement skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools is a plus
• Real Estate sales experience is an added advantage
