OCM Faculty
We’re Hiring – OCM Faculty (Maharashtra Board – 11th & 12th)
We are looking for an experienced and camera-friendly faculty who can teach Organisation of Commerce(OCM) to Maharashtra Board students of Class 11 & 12 with strong conceptual clarity and engaging teaching methods.
The role involves teaching and recording lectures in front of the camera in our dedicated studio for our EdTech platform.
Location: On-site – Vasai
Experience: 3 – 10 Years
Salary: Hourly basis (depends on teaching skills)
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach Organisation of Commerce for 11th & 12th with clear concepts and practical understanding
• Deliver engaging lectures that keep students attentive and interested
• Record online lectures in front of the camera in our studio
• Make the subject simple, relatable, and easy to understand
• Guide students to improve their understanding and exam performance
• Work with provided notes (prepared by our typist) and enhance them with your teaching approach
Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of Organisation of Commerce (Maharashtra Board – 11th & 12th)
• Camera-friendly and confident in front of the camera
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lectures
• Good communication and explanation skills
• Ability to simplify concepts for better student understanding
