Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Voice Process Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Hindi and possess excellent communication skills to handle customer interactions effectively.

• Required Skills Fluent communication in English and Hindi or English and Bengali.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
• Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduates and Undergraduates can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with 6 months or more experience in any BPO domain will be preferred.

• Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
• Salary:₹22,000 - ₹24,000 CTC per month (₹19,000 - ₹20000 Take Home)
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week
• Week Off: 1 Rotational Off
• Shift Timings:8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Login Hours: 9 Hours
• Typing Requirement: 30 WPM with 90% Accuracy
• Versant Score Requirement: 4+
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
