3. The Role:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and energetic fresher to join us as an Intern. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a sharp mindset, and an interest in HR Operations or Client Dealing roles. This internship offers practical exposure in a fast-paced corporate environment with learning and growth opportunities.
4. Key Responsibilities:
a. HR Operations Support:
Assist in day-to-day HR operations, documentation, and coordination activities.
b. Client Coordination:
Support client communication, follow-ups, and maintain professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
c. Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain reports, operational data, and daily records with accuracy and professionalism.
d. Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of assigned tasks and activities.
e. Operational Support:
Handle assigned responsibilities with agility, confidence, and a proactive approach.
5. Required Qualifications & Skills:
a. Education:
i. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
ii. MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
b. Experience:
i. Freshers only.
ii. Strong interest towards HR Operations / Client Management role.
c. Technical Skills:
i. Basic understanding of HR operations and client servicing
ii. Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
6. Soft Skills:
a. Fluency in English is essential.
b. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate well is essential.
c. Proactive approach to drive continuous improvement.
