Job Description

श्रेणीविवरणभूमिका का नामफील्ड सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव (Field Sales Executive), जिसे आंतरिक रूप से XFE या BB Champ भी कहा जाता है।अनुभवघर-घर जाकर बिक्री (Door-to-Door Selling) और मार्केटिंग, JustDial, IndiaMart, या Olx में न्यूनतम 6-12 महीने या 1-5 साल का प्रासंगिक अनुभव। टेलीकॉम/ब्रॉडबैंड सेक्टर (जैसे Jio Fiber, ACT Fiber, Excitel) के उम्मीदवारों को उच्च प्राथमिकता दी जाती है।अनिवार्य साधनउम्मीदवार के पास बाइक और वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना अनिवार्य है। उसके पास नवीनतम मॉडल का स्मार्ट एंड्रॉइड फोन होना चाहिए।कार्य अनुसूचीसप्ताह के सभी 7 दिन काम करने के लिए लचीला होना चाहिए और ग्राहक के प्रस्तावित मीटिंग समय के आधार पर उपलब्ध रहना चाहिए।वेतनमासिक लक्ष्यों को पूरा करने पर बिक्री-आधारित प्रोत्साहन (Incentives) दिए जाते हैं।स्थानयह भूमिका आमतौर पर स्थान-विशिष्ट होती है, जैसे लखनऊ, कानपुर, वाराणसी, गोरखपुर, और इलाहाबाद जैसे क्षेत्रों में भर्ती प्रलेखित है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ और संचालन (Key Responsibilities and Operations)

फील्ड सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव चिह्नित बाजार में उत्पादों और सेवाओं की बिक्री और मार्केटिंग के लिए जिम्मेदार होता है, जिसका लक्ष्य मासिक और त्रैमासिक लक्ष्यों को पूरा करना होता है।


  • बिक्री और मार्केटिंग कर्तव्य (Sales and Marketing Duties):चिह्नित बाजार में उत्पाद बेचने के लिए आवश्यक सभी उत्पाद सेवाओं का मजबूत ज्ञान विकसित करना।
  • प्रारंभिक बाजार अनुसंधान करना और उत्पाद बेचने के अवसरों की पहचान करना।
  • घर-घर जाकर मार्केटिंग (B2B और B2C) करना।
  • लीड जनरेशन पर मार्केटिंग प्रबंधकों और बिक्री टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करना।
  • उत्पाद का प्रदर्शन/प्रस्तुति करने और बिक्री के लिए पिच करने हेतु वर्चुअल या व्यक्तिगत बिक्री विज़िट करना।
  • सफल बिक्री के लिए अनुबंधों और पैकेजों पर बातचीत करना।
  • प्रशासनिक और सहायक कर्तव्य (Administrative and Support Duties):ग्राहकों को बिक्री के बाद बुनियादी समस्या निवारण (troubleshooting) और ऑन-साइट सहायता प्रदान करना।
  • थर्ड-पार्टी वेंडरों, मालिकों और स्थानों के साथ संबंध बनाए रखना।
  • बिक्री, मीटिंग और फॉलो-अप का रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
  • मार्केटिंग मैनेजर्स/टीम लीडर्स (TL) को दैनिक/साप्ताहिक/मासिक रिपोर्ट करना।
  • आवश्यक कौशल (Required Skills):मजबूत संचार और बातचीत (negotiation) कौशल।
  • बाजार/ब्रांड जागरूकता और काम पर बुनियादी हाज़िर-जवाबी (presence of mind)।
  • स्मार्टफोन चलाने, ऐप्स, इंटरनेट, ईमेल, Google रिव्यूज, एक्सेल, और सामान्य कंप्यूटर ज्ञान का बुनियादी ज्ञान।
