Job Description
Create invoices for online sales from Etsy (USD sales converted to INR for billing).
Generate invoices for showroom/offline sales.
Record daily sales, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Process company payments to shipping companies, vendors, and suppliers.
Prepare cash vouchers, payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Maintain accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
Manage employee attendance and monthly salary calculations.
Track salary advances, deductions, and prepare payroll.
Reconcile bank transactions and maintain cash records.
Assist with GST, reports, and other accounting-related work.
Requirements:
Experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
Knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
Good Excel skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks independently.
