Job Description
📋 Key Responsibilities:
* Accounts & Finance: Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, generate customer invoices via Zoho Invoice, manage vendor bills, perform bank reconciliations, and assist with GST data preparation.
* Inventory Management: Oversee inward/outward material movement using Zoho Inventory, manage warehouse-level stock transfers, and conduct periodic physical stock audits.
* Reporting: Prepare MIS reports, handle inventory valuation, track payables/receivables, and reconcile physical stock with system records.
🎯 What We Are Looking For:
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Experience: 5-7 years of proven experience in Accounting and Inventory/Warehouse Management.
* Tech Stack: Strong working proficiency in Zoho Inventory, Zoho Invoice, and MS Excel.
* Skills: Solid understanding of GST, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and stock reconciliation.
* Bonus Points: Prior experience in Waste Management, Recycling, Manufacturing, or Logistics/Warehouse operations.
