About the Role:
Extensile Media is seeking confident, enthusiastic, and results-oriented individuals to join our Real Estate team as Pre-Sales Executives. If you enjoy interacting with people, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about sales, this is the perfect opportunity to build a rewarding career in the booming real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries.
Connect with prospective home buyers and investors.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable property options.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain strong relationships.
Update and maintain lead data in CRM and daily reports.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer engagement.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality
Strong, convincing, and negotiation skills
Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM)
Experienced candidates only
Experience in Telecalling, Pre-Sales, Customer Service, or Real Estate will be an added advantage.
