Job Title: Fashion Consultant
Location: Jaipur
Department: Retail Operations
Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Fashion Consultants to join our team at Jaipur. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and representing the brand with professionalism and style.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and engaging manner
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate fashion and styling advice
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines
Ensure proper product display, replenishment, and stock upkeep
Handle billing, exchanges, and customer queries smoothly
Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Follow store policies and contribute to a positive team environment
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in fashion retail or apparel sales
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for fashion and customer service
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Presentable, confident, and team-oriented attitude
