Job Description
We are looking for a part-time technical support person for our StudyZone365 center. The person should have knowledge of computers, internet, Wi-Fi, routers, and online classes.
Responsibilities:
- Check computers, internet, Wi-Fi, LAN connections, and classroom setup before classes.
- Help students connect to online classes.
- Solve computer, internet, audio, and video issues.
- Monitor internet during live classes.
- Able to fix hardware related problems.
- Report technical or facility problems to management.
- Support center operations during evening/weekend shifts.
Required Skills:
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Understanding of Wi-Fi/router/networking basics.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets/Excel.
- Punctual, responsible, and polite with students.
Office Timing: 6:30PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday) and 9:00AM to 10:00PM (Saturday and Sunday with additional payment of INR 500 per day on weekend).
