Job Description
We're looking for a smart, confident Ironing Services Supervisor with prior experience in an ironing/laundry/garment care business to manage daily operations of our unit. You'll supervise a team of 4 ironmen across 4 ironing machines, conduct quality checks on finished garments, handle billing and invoicing, and oversee pickup and delivery scheduling and coordination. The ideal candidate has strong team management and communication skills, basic billing/record-keeping know-how, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
