Field Technician – Billing Software Setup & Support

Product: Liquor Counter
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time, Field + Office Role
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Petrol Allowance
We are hiring Field Technicians for Liquor Counter, a billing software used by liquor stores and bars.
This role involves visiting customer store locations for setup, training, and basic troubleshooting.

- Job responsibilitiesVisit liquor stores and bars for billing software setup
- Set up the system on desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile, or other devices as required
- Train store staff on billing, stock, reports, tab/mobile usage, and daily work
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to billing software, printer, scanner, internet, Android phone, and system
- Coordinate with office support and technical team for issue closure
- Follow up with customers until setup/support is completed
- RequirementsOwn bike and valid driving licence are mandatory
- Telugu communication is mandatory
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
- Comfortable travelling to customer locations daily
- Should be patient while training store staff
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Android phones, internet, printers, and scanners is preferred
- Experience in computer hardware, printer support, broadband support, CCTV installation, billing software, or retail store support is an advantage
Location preferenceCandidates from Gachibowli, Kondapur, Madhapur, Miyapur, Lingampally, Manikonda and nearby areas are preferred.
