Job Description
Looking for Business Development Executive (BDE) drives company growth by sourcing new clients, building strategic partnerships, and identifying profitable market opportunities. They serve as the vital link between an organization's products or services and the evolving needs of the market.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify, research, and contact prospective clients using cold calling, email campaigns, and social networking
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to understand their pain points and recommend tailored solutions.
- Deal Closure: Prepare compelling sales proposals, deliver confident presentations, and negotiate contract terms to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, track competitor movements, and analyze customer feedback to help formulate new business strategies.
- CRM Management: Maintain a highly organized, detailed database of prospects, track interactions, and record all sales activities using CRM tools.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, or a client-facing business role.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office or Google Workspace.
Key Skills
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate the company's value proposition clearly.
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to address client objections, close deals, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Analytical Thinking: Capability to read market data, spot emerging trends, and adjust outreach strategies accordingly.
