Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee our construction sites and ensure projects are executed with precision and quality. If you have practical on-site experience and a strong command of AutoCAD, we want you on our team!
📋 Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring work progresses according to blueprints and schedule.
Drawing Interpretation: Read, interpret, and implement structural and architectural AutoCAD drawings accurately on-field.
Quality & Safety Control: Maintain high standards of construction quality and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed on-site.
Material Management: Track material consumption, manage local labor, and minimize wastage.
Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and coordinate closely with project managers and clients.
💼 Candidate Requirements
Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Civil Engineer.
Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D drawing interpretation and minor modifications).
Core Competencies: Good leadership skills, labor handling capabilities, and sharp problem-solving abilities on-site.
Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
