• Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities for life insurance products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, advisors, and channel partners.
• Identify customer financial protection needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and policy support.
• Recruit, train, and support insurance advisors/agents
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and servicing.
• Track market trends and identify growth opportunities.

• Experience in insurance, banking, BFSI, or sales is referred but some entry-level roles accept freshers.
