Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities1. Showroom ManagementMaintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the showroom at all times.
  • Ensure all products are displayed neatly and attractively.
  • Monitor stock availability and inform management about low inventory.
  • Assist in billing, packing, and product handling as required.
  • 2. Cleaning & HousekeepingPerform daily dusting and cleaning of showroom, shelves, products, machines, and work areas.
  • Maintain hygiene standards in production and customer areas.
  • Ensure waste disposal and workplace cleanliness are carried out regularly.
  • 3. Oil Kohlu Machine OperationsOperate the oil extraction (Kohlu) machine as per standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor machine performance during production.
  • Clean and maintain the machine before and after operations.
  • Report any machine issues, breakdowns, or maintenance requirements immediately.
  • 4. Atta Stone Press Machine OperationsOperate the stone grinding (chakki) machine safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure quality grinding and proper handling of grains.
  • Clean the machine and surrounding area after use.
  • Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines during operations.
  • 5. Customer ServiceWelcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
  • Promote sales and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • 6. General DutiesAssist in loading, unloading, and packing of products when required.
  • Follow company rules, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
  • Support management in daily operational activities.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
  • Required SkillsBasic understanding of machine operations.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Physically fit and willing to perform cleaning and operational tasks.
  • Honest, disciplined, and hardworking.
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
