Position: Litigation Advocate
Location: Wakad, Pune
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend hearings related to Deemed Conveyance and Co-operative Housing Society Formation matters.
- Draft and prepare legal notices, applications, affidavits, replies, and other legal documents.
- Represent the organization before the Competent Authority, Co-operative Department, and other relevant authorities, as required.
- Handle legal documentation and case files related to Deemed Conveyance and Society Formation.
- Coordinate with clients, housing societies, government offices, and internal teams.
- Follow up on legal matters and ensure timely filing of documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal support on matters related to property and co-operative laws.
- Requirements:LL.B. Degree with a valid Bar Council Enrollment.
- Experience in Deemed Conveyance and Society Formation matters preferred.
- Good drafting and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act and related legal procedures will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Marathi communication is preferred.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
