About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Pharma Team Leader who can lead, guide, and train freshers while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong pharmaceutical knowledge, leadership abilities, and experience in team management and employee training.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives and Trainees.
• Monitor daily performance and productivity of team members.
• Set targets and ensure timely achievement of team goals.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Training & DevelopmentProvide induction and onboarding training to new employees.
• Train freshers on pharma products, PCD business processes, and company policies.
• Conduct product knowledge and communication skill sessions.
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and practical tasks.
• Identify skill gaps and provide continuous coaching and support.
• Sales & Business SupportGuide team members in lead handling and customer interactions.
• Support business development activities and client relationship management.
• Ensure proper follow-up and closure of business opportunities.
• Assist management in implementing sales strategies.
• Reporting & CoordinationPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with HR and management regarding employee performance.
• Maintain training records and attendance reports.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience in Pharma Sales, PCD Pharma, Team Handling, or Training.
• Prior experience in leading teams and training freshers will be preferred.
