Data Entry Executive

​We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team for a fast-paced KYC (Know Your Customer) Banking Project. As a Data Entry Operator, your primary responsibility will be processing, verifying, and entering customer information from digital and physical banking forms into the secure banking database with high precision.

• ​Key Responsibilities​Data Input: Accurately type and upload customer details (Name, Address, Identification numbers, etc.) from scanned KYC forms into the banking software.
• ​Document Verification: Review submitted identification documents (such as Aadhaar, PAN card, Voter ID) to ensure clarity and matching information before final data submission.
• ​Quality Maintenance: Maintain zero-error data entry protocols to comply with strict banking compliance standards.
• ​Data Sorting: Properly organize, track, and update files in digital spreadsheets or internal trackers.
• ​Skills & Requirements​Typing Speed: Must have a typing speed of 30 to 35 WPM (Words Per Minute) with high accuracy.
• ​Education: Higher Secondary (10+2 Pass) or Any Graduate.
• ​Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer operations, MS Office (specifically MS Word and Excel), and internet browsing.
• ​Language Skills: Ability to read and understand basic English information on forms.
• ​Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies or missing information in application forms.
