Accountant

🏢 Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally ERP 7 to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and statutory compliance.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP (sales, purchase, journal, payment, receipt).
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare and maintain ledger accounts, cash book, and bank book.
• Perform bank reconciliation (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate invoices, purchase orders, and financial documents.
• Manage GST, TDS calculations and filings.
• Maintain proper records of expenses, bills, and vouchers.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and monthly reports.
• Assist in audit and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, banks, and auditors.
• 🧾 Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting
• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP 7 / Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
