Job Description

Job Title: Key Account Manager

Location: Sarita Vihar

Department: Sales

Experience: 1-3 Years

Job Type: Inside sale executive



### Key Responsibilities

- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate products/services to clients and explain benefits and features.

- Negotiation & Closing: Handle client queries, negotiate pricing, and close deals

- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions in CRM.

- After-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-sale follow-ups.


*Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in direct sales/B2B/B2C sales.

- Skills:

  - Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  - Strong persuasion and closing skills

  - Target-oriented with a proactive attitude

  - Good understanding of CRM tools and MS Office

  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Other: Own conveyance and smartphone preferred. Willing to travel for client meeting.
