Job Description
We are looking for a sincere, organized, and customer-friendly Receptionist/Accountant to manage front desk operations and day-to-day accounting activities. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, registering appointments, answering phone calls, handling billing and payments, maintaining patient records, preparing invoices, recording cash, UPI, card, and bank transactions, maintaining petty cash, assisting with stock records, and supporting monthly accounts. proficiency in MS Office and Tally, good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent customer service. Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic centre will be an added advantage.
