Recruitment Manager

*Role Overview:* 

You will support life insurance product distribution by recruiting and managing IRDAI certified life advisors. This role directly contributes to the growth of IndiaFirst Life.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Recruitment* - Hire IRDAI certified life insurance advisors

2. *Training & Mentoring* - Train advisors on products, sales process, and compliance

3. *Sales Support* - Help advisors achieve monthly sales targets for life insurance products

4. *Relationship Management* - Maintain existing customer relationships and acquire new customers

5. *Team Collaboration* - Work with branch team to meet business objectives

6. *Compliance* - Ensure all activities follow IRDAI regulatory guidelines

*Eligibility:*

- *Education:* Graduation compulsory 

- *Experience:* Freshers can apply. 0-3 years experience welcome

- *Age:* 25 to 80 years

- *Skills:* Good communication, local market knowledge, basic sales aptitude

*Salary & Benefits:*

- *Pay:* ₹5,000 to ₹30,000/month + Performance Incentives

- *Kolkata Range:* ₹18,000 - ₹65,000/month
