🎯 Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, relationship building, and supporting business growth initiatives across domestic and international markets.


This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in sales, client communication, and business development.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:


✔ Generate new business opportunities through various online and offline channels.


✔ Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking platforms.


✔ Understand client requirements and recommend suitable training and certification solutions.


✔ Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions with prospective clients.


✔ Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems and tracking sheets.

✔ Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.


✔ Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.


✔ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.


✔ Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales reports.


✔ Handle outbound sales activities and interact with international prospects from the US, UK, and other global markets.

🎓 Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.


• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
