Picker / Packer

Job Summary:

The Picker Packer is responsible for accurately picking products from warehouse shelves, packing them securely, labeling shipments, and ensuring orders are prepared for timely delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products according to order lists or pick tickets.
• Pack items securely to prevent damage during transport.
• Label packages correctly for shipping.
• Check products for quality and accuracy before packing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report stock shortages.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Operate handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20–25 kg.
• Basic reading and numerical skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime if required.
