Job Description – Finance ManagerAbout the Role

Bonefish is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance, manage budgets, and support business growth through effective financial planning and analysis.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Monitor cash flow and working capital.

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.

Manage payroll processing and statutory filings.

Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-saving measures.

Maintain financial records and internal controls.

Support management in strategic financial decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com). CA Inter/MBA (Finance) is an advantage.
• 3–6 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
