Job Description

  • શાપર ઓફિસ એક્ઝિક્યુટિવ – મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓદૈનિક સેલ્સ બિલ (Invoice) તૈયાર કરવા.
  • ડિલિવરી ચલણ (Challan) તૈયાર કરવા અને તેનું રેકોર્ડ જાળવવું.
  • ખરીદી (Purchase) એન્ટ્રી અને સપ્લાયર સંબંધિત દસ્તાવેજોનું સંચાલન કરવું.
  • ઓફિસના તમામ ખર્ચ (Office Expenses) નો હિસાબ અને રેકોર્ડ જાળવવો.
  • સ્ટાફ મેનેજમેન્ટ, હાજરી (Attendance) અને રોજિંદા કામગીરીનું સંકલન કરવું.
  • સર્વિસ કોલ નોંધવા, યોગ્ય વ્યક્તિને ફાળવવા અને સમયસર ક્લોઝ કરાવવા.
  • વોરંટી ક્લેમ, રિપ્લેસમેન્ટ અને વોરંટી સ્ટેટસનું સંચાલન કરવું.
  • સ્ટોક, બિલિંગ, ડિસ્પેચ, સેલ્સ અને એકાઉન્ટ્સ વિભાગ સાથે સંકલન રાખવું.
  • તમામ જરૂરી રિપોર્ટ સમયસર તૈયાર કરીને મેનેજમેન્ટને રજૂ કરવા.
  • ઓફિસની દૈનિક કામગીરી સરળ, વ્યવસ્થિત અને સમયસર પૂર્ણ થાય તેની જવાબદારી નિભાવવી.
