Assistant Accountant

Position: Assistant Accountant

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 0–1 Years (Freshers with accounting knowledge may also apply)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)

• Job Responsibilities
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
• Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, and bills.
• Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Maintain accounts in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Prepare reports as instructed by the Accounts Manager.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment-related matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

• Eligibility
• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel is mandatory.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.
