Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our newly launched DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) Cleaning Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business from workshops, authorized dealerships, fleet operators, service stations, and commercial vehicle owners across Bangalore and surrounding regions.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills to effectively explain the benefits of DPF cleaning and convert prospects into long-term customers.

• Business Development & Lead GenerationVisit automobile workshops, service centers, dealerships, and fleet operators on a daily basis.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities for DPF, DOC, and SCR cleaning services.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers such as Service Managers, Workshop Managers, Owners, and Fleet Maintenance Heads.
• Conduct product and service presentations to prospective customers.
• Generate and maintain a database of potential clients.
• Sales & Customer AcquisitionPromote the advantages of professional DPF cleaning over expensive DPF replacement.
• Convince customers to utilize our services through effective communication and technical understanding.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
• Follow up regularly with prospects and convert inquiries into business.
• Marketing ActivitiesExecute field marketing campaigns.
• Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Represent the company at automotive events, workshops, and exhibitions when required.
• Coordinate digital marketing requirements with management and external agencies.
• Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily visit reports and lead tracking records.
• Submit weekly business development reports.
• Update customer interactions and sales progress in CRM or Excel databases.
• Customer Relationship ManagementEnsure excellent customer service and post-service follow-up.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence.
• Monitor competitor offerings and pricing in the DPF cleaning market.
• Required QualificationsEducationGraduate preferred (Diploma/Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Automobile Engineering, or related field).
• Candidates with relevant experience may be considered regardless of educational background.
• Experience2–5 years of experience in automotive sales, service marketing, spare parts sales, fleet sales, dealership marketing, or industrial B2B sales.
• Experience working with commercial vehicle workshops or automobile dealerships will be highly preferred.
