Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive wholesale sales for our ethnic wear online brand. You will be responsible for converting inbound leads into long-term clients, managing outreach across calls and WhatsApp, and ensuring a high lead-to-sale conversion rate through relentless follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Handle incoming leads and proactively convert them into active B2B buyers (retailers, wholesalers, boutique owners).
• Multi-Channel Communication: Engage with clients effectively via phone calls & WhatsApp business to present our catalogue and close deals.
• Follow-ups: Maintain a disciplined follow-up routine with potential and existing clients to maximize sales pipeline velocity.
• Data & Pipeline Management: Maintain clean records of client interactions, lead statuses, and orders using Google Sheets / MS Excel.
• Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong rapport with B2B clients to encourage recurring orders.

Requirements & Skills

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate and close sales persuasively.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (filtering, basic formulas, tracking orders/leads) is mandatory.
• Sales Drive: High focus on achieving sales targets and maintaining a high conversion ratio.
• Channel Mastery: Strong experience using WhatsApp for business sales and follow-ups.
• Bonus Points (Nice to Have)Prior knowledge or experience in ethnic wear (Kurtis, Suit sets, Fabrics, or Apparel wholesale).
