Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Work From Office)

Job Type: Full Time | Mon–Sat

Job Purpose:

To own the complete client communication loop, from inquiry to order delivery, ensuring every client feels heard, informed, and taken care of at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming client inquiries via WhatsApp, call, and email
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design/production team
  • Share quotations, timelines, and order updates with clients
  • Track ongoing jobs and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Resolve client queries, complaints, and revision requests promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth job execution
  • Maintain accurate records of client conversations and orders
  • Support in payment follow-ups and invoicing coordination
  • Ensure every client gets a consistent, high-quality experience regardless of order size

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication (Hindi + English)
  • Client handling and relationship-building
  • Organized and detail-oriented follow-up
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, order-tracking tools

KPIs / Success Metrics:

  • Client response time
  • On-time order tracking and follow-up
  • Client satisfaction / repeat order rate
  • Zero missed follow-ups on active jobs

Reporting To: Founder / Operations Manager

Work Hours: Mon–Sat, 10 AM - 7 PM
