Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to visit dealers and shops, promote our products, generate sales, and build good relationships with customers in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dealers and shops regularly to promote company products.
- Find new dealers and increase product sales in the assigned area.
- Maintain good relationships with existing dealers and provide regular support.
- Take customer orders and coordinate with the office for smooth delivery.
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and willing to travel for field visits.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in field sales or dealer sales.
- Experience in selling electrical, electronic, or agricultural products.
- Experience in handling dealer and retailer networks.
