About the RoleWe are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead large-scale blue-collar recruitment operations across Mumbai. The role involves managing recruiter teams, building manpower supply networks, and ensuring timely hiring and deployment.
- EligibilityGraduate (Mandatory)
- 7–12+ years of experience in blue-collar recruitment
- Must have lived and worked in Mumbai continuously for the last 5 years
- Experience hiring:
- Housekeeping Staff
- Janitors
- Helpers
- Facility Management Staff
- Technicians
- Logistics & Warehouse Manpower
- Required ExperienceManaged a team of 5–6 recruiters
- Strong network with labour contractors, manpower suppliers, placement agencies and team leaders
- Experience mobilising manpower batches of 15–50 candidates
- Willing to travel across Mumbai
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end blue-collar hiring
- Manage recruiter productivity and hiring targets
- Build sourcing channels through contractors, NGOs, ITIs, referrals, labour hubs and job fairs
- Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding and deployment
- Publish daily, weekly and monthly recruitment MIS
- Ensure hiring quality, joining ratio and SLA adherence
- Coach and monitor recruiter performance
